About Our Conductor

Founding Director Adrian G. Horn has left his mark on a number of music organizations throughout his lifetime of dedication to choral music.  He sang with Robert Shaw’s Collegiate Chorale while still in high school, directed the US Naval Aviation Cadet Choir in Pensacola as a Naval Aviation Officer candidate, was a charter member of the San Francisco Symphony Chorus, directed the San Francisco State University Chorus, Sequim Community Chorus, Jamestown Choral Society, and was founding director of the San Francisco City Chorus, San Francisco Choral Society and Finger Lakes Choral Festival.  He lists his greatest legacy to choral music as his recent edition of the Berlioz Requiem, that converts the original three part Requiem into four parts, making the work more accessible for modern choruses.
